By downloading, accessing or using Lumina IPTV (the “App” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Lumina IPTV is a media player application that lets you organise and stream content from playlists and streaming sources that you provide. Lumina IPTV does not host, supply, sell or distribute any television channels, films, series or other media content.

To use the Service you must supply your own compatible playlist or provider credentials. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you access through the App is obtained lawfully and that you hold any necessary rights or subscriptions.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the App to access, store or distribute content that infringes the rights of any third party or that is illegal in your jurisdiction.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the App or its related systems.

Certain plans and premium features may require a paid subscription. Prices and features are described within the App and on our website and may change over time.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by those platforms and are subject to their respective billing and refund policies.

The Lumina IPTV name, logo, interface design and software are the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Because Lumina IPTV acts only as a player for content you supply, we do not guarantee the availability, quality, legality or continuity of any stream.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumina IPTV and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these terms or use the App in a manner that is unlawful or harmful to others.
